The Shepherd’s Sanctuary is a safe space for pastors to gather together, gain clarity, and grow stronger. It exists because the weight of leading people is real, and too often shepherds carry that weight without a protected place to process it. This gathering is designed to create room for honest conversation, practical reflection, spiritual strengthening, and leadership development in an environment where pastors can be both supported and sharpened.
Our intent is simple: to provide a trusted space where pastors can speak freely, listen well, be encouraged, and leave better than they came. We believe clarity comes through community, and strength is built when leaders have space to be poured into, challenged with wisdom, and reminded that they are not alone.
Eligibility and Integrity
To honor the purpose of this space, The Shepherd’s Sanctuary is reserved for pastors only. That means senior pastors, lead pastors, campus pastors, and pastors serving on staff who carry shepherding responsibility for a congregation. If you are not currently serving as a pastor leading a congregation or serving on staff in a pastoral role, this session is not for you.
This is not exclusion, it is integrity. We are protecting a specific kind of room for a specific kind of responsibility. Additional sessions and spaces will be created in the near future for leaders, ministry workers, aspiring pastors, and those who serve faithfully in other capacities.
Culture and Honor
We ask every participant to honor this space by practicing respect, maturity, and confidentiality. Do your best to listen without judgment, speak with humility, and handle one another’s stories with care. What is shared here should not be repeated casually elsewhere. We want pastors to feel safe enough to be honest, and strong enough to leave equipped.
The Shepherd’s Sanctuary is a table, not a stage. Come ready to gather together, gain clarity, and grow stronger.
